As on the travel line in the construction industry, RAMAIYAN CONSULTANTS started in 1961, developed and nurtured under the guidance of Late Er.Ramaiyan. With a legacy of over 60 years in the industry, Ramaiyan Consultants steadfastly spread its roots and continues to thrive now under Er.Chandramouli Ramaiyan, who has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Fellowship in the field of valuation with experience of 34 Years. 

He has also involved himself in the social service platform for the past 32 years in various organisations and held prime posts. He was one of the pioneers in starting the professional Civil Engineers Association in Erode and Federation of All Civil Engineering Association of Tamilnadu and Puducherry.

In this remarkable journey of over 34 years in the field, and on experience gained in the association activities for the past 32 years, he believed in the staunch mantra TEAM WORK, TRANSPARENCY AND TRUST will lead to success in the industry. On the line, with the like minded friends who have travelled with the same ideology in the association activities decided together to create a separate platform for the Real Estate Industry which is the backbone of construction activities.

With the fast growth in the digitalisation era, and since the digital platform for the real estate industry has taken a leap lead, we decided to create a platform which can serve all the real estate related activities in the name of BHOOMI AND WALLS REALTY.
